Holiday 2026 Partner Opportunity
Give your brand a home for the holidays.
Partner with us for a four-month retail presence in a premium Northern California location. A curated, fully operated storefront shared by a select group of pickleball brands. You bring the product. We handle everything else. You keep every sale.
The opportunity
Dedicated retail space in a prime location during the holidays
Our community
An affluent, high-intent, pickleball-obsessed market
The Kitchen Line is rooted in the pickleball community on the San Francisco Peninsula. We publish local court guides, connect players to coaches and games, and run events at Washington Park, one of the most active pickleball hubs in the Bay Area. The customers we bring through the door are active, style-minded, and have the spend to match. The store is on Burlingame Avenue, the Peninsula's premier retail corridor, steps from Lululemon, Apple, Sephora, and Pottery Barn. Burlingame sits at the center of San Mateo County, the third-highest-income county in California.
1200 Burlingame Avenue · Corner of Burlingame Ave & Lorton Ave · 3,100 SF

Operated by Meaghan Rose
Meaghan is the founder of Rocksbox, the DTC jewelry rental brand she built over ten years and sold to Signet Jewelers (Kay, Zales, Blue Nile). She has spent her career building consumer brands and the customer experiences around them. An active pickleball player and member of the Burlingame community, she built The Kitchen Line to serve the players she plays with every week. Your brand will be in an operator's hands, run with the same care you'd give it yourself.
